Your marketing plan should always be changing to keep up with technology, trends, and your audience’s interest so if you think your marketing needs some fine tuning then get the help from your peers in a Peer Benchmarking Group. You will be in a meeting with your industry peers from different markets where you will be able to discuss each others successes and failures so everyone else will have a better idea on how they should approach their own issue at hand.
Once everyone has an idea on how they should change their marketing plan you will set goals you want to achieve and then six months later we will meet back up to see what kind of progress was made.
